Accompanying Programme
It is essential to make the booking for any of the below listed activities during the registration process.
On-site requests for guided tours are welcome but cannot be guaranteed.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel any tour in case less than 15 delegates registered.
A cancellation free of charge is possible until 2 weeks before the event. In case of later cancellation, it is not possible to refund any money.
All participants are kindly suggested to wear comfortable walking shoes. The Prague historical city centre and the Czech towns are largely paved with cobblestones.

Welcome Reception
The Welcome reception is open for both registered Participants as well as registered Accompanying persons. Attandance to the Welcome reception needs to be confirmed during the registration procedure. The Welcome reception will take place at the Prague Congress Centre.

Visit of the Farm Čapí Hnízdo
AGROFERT HOLDING, a.s. invited the GCIRC Congress participants to the Farm Čapí Hnízdo. We regret to inform all participants of the Congress that all 250 places have been already booked and no more are available at the moment.
About the Farm Čapí Hnízdo
The Farm Čapí hnízdo is a unique multifunctional area which is located 50 km (about 1 hour) southeast of Prague. The farm includes modern congress facilities and sensitively reconstructed farm. The original farm and distillery coming from the second half of the 17th century have been reconstructed in an architecturally very inventive and sensitive way.
What is there for you?

- Visit of the farm (on foot or in a horse-drawn carriage)

Congress Dinner
The Congress Dinner is to take place at the neorenaissanceŽofín Palace, located on the most beautiful island in the very heart of Prague, just opposite the National Theatre.
In the course of history Slavonic Island (“Slovanský ostrov” in Czech) became a place where Prague’s citizens and notable persons would meet, enjoying the hospitality of Žofín Palace. Its halls, and Slavonic Island as a whole, are steeped in history. In recent years Žofín has become a symbol for Czech and international social, political, cultural and business events of exceptional importance.
The Congress Dinner is open for both registered Participants as well as registered Accompanying persons. Attendance to the Congress Dinner needs to be confirmed during the registration procedure.
